We hope this letter finds you happy and healthy. With breaking news regarding COVID-19 constantly developing, we wanted to provide an update regarding AFCO Performance Group and our ability to ship out our products to you.
Beginning on March 25, 2020 and continuing through April 6, 2020, our facility in Indiana will be closed in order to do our part to flatten the curve of the virus and to honor the executive “stay-at-home” order that will be in place during this time period. However, we will still be here for you!
Our sales and technical representatives will be available by phone and email to answer your questions, provide technical expertise, and to take your product orders. Our website will also be completely functional during this time. During the closure period, we will ship your orders out of our Nebraska facility whenever possible. Otherwise, your order will ship out upon our return to normal business operations, on April 7, 2020. Our sales team will do our best to provide shipping details at the time of your order. We’ll do everything we can to get your orders to you with limited disruption.
We are monitoring this situation very closely and will send updates as we learn of any changes to the dates mentioned above.
